- Checkout: by 11:00 AM.

- Extra bed linens/towels and cleaning services are available upon request for an additional fee;

- It is forbidden for guests and/or visitors to exceed the apartment’s capacity or to enter without being registered in the reservation;

- Smoking is not allowed;

- Hanging clothes and/or towels on the apartment balcony is not allowed;

- The gym is open 24 hours (please respect quiet hours). No need to request a key;

- Parties and loud music are strictly prohibited and may result in a fine;

- Smoking or lighting cigarettes in the common areas of the building is not permitted. Violation of these rules will incur a condominium fine (charged to the guest);

- Pets are welcome! Pets are allowed with an extra fee per animal as stated on the platform;

- Quiet hours: from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM;

- At checkout, please leave the apartment organized and wash all dishes;

- Any violation of condominium or neighborhood rules is the responsibility of the guest or reservation holder and subject to fines;

- Prior to check-in, guest documents must be provided for data confirmation.

*NOTE: Guest entry is only permitted after providing the required documentation for entry at the gate (please contact your host in advance to submit all guest information).

* The included cleaning fee covers checkout cleaning only. If extra cleaning is desired during your stay, an additional cleaning fee applies.

* Each guest will receive one bath towel, and each bathroom will have one face towel. Bed linens are provided according to the number of guests. Linen changes can be requested for half the cleaning fee.
