- Pets are welcome! Pets are allowed with an additional fee per animal as indicated on the platform;

- Quiet hours: from 10 PM to 7 AM;

- Upon checkout, please leave the apartment tidy and dishes clean;

- Any disregard for the condominium/community rules is the responsibility of the guest or reservation holder, including any fines;

- Before check-in, guest identification documents are required to confirm guest information;

- Laundry: You can use the laundry room by reservation (a fee of R$ 30.00 is charged for use of more than 3 washing/drying machines for a period of 4 hours. Operating hours are 7:30 AM to 3:30 AM);
