- Smoking or lighting cigarettes in common areas of the building is prohibited. Failure to comply with the rules above may result in a fine imposed by the building (this will be charged to the guest);

- Pets are welcome! Pets are allowed with payment of an additional fee per animal as listed on the platform;

- Quiet hours: from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM;

- At checkout, please leave the apartment tidy and the dishes washed;

- Any violation of building/neighbor rules is the responsibility of the guest or reservation holder, as well as any fines;

- Before check-in, it is always required to send guest identification for data confirmation;

- Laundry: You may use the building's laundry upon reservation (there is a fee of R$ 30.00 for the use of more than 3 washer/dryer machines for a period of 4 hours. Opening hours are from 7:30 AM to 3:30 AM);

- Full leisure area – heated pool and jacuzzi (the pool is only closed on Mondays);
