IMPORTANT INFORMATION:

- Extra bed and bath linen, as well as additional cleaning, must be requested and paid for separately if needed;

- The entry of guests and/or visitors who exceed the property's capacity or who are not registered in the reservation is prohibited;

- Smoking is not allowed;

- Hanging clothes and/or towels on the apartment balcony is not permitted;

- The gym is open 24 hours (while respecting quiet hours). There is no need to request a key;

- Parties and loud music are strictly prohibited and may result in a fine;

- Smoking or lighting cigarettes in the shared areas of the condominium is prohibited. Violation of the above rules will result in a fine charged to the guest;

- Pets are welcome! Pets are allowed for an extra fee per animal as stated on the platform;

- Quiet hours: from 10:00 pm to 7:00 am;

- Upon checkout, please leave the apartment tidy and the dishes clean;

- Any violation of the condominium or neighborhood rules is the responsibility of the guest or reservation holder, including any resulting fines;

- Before check-in, guests are required to send documentation for data confirmation.

*NOTE: Guest entry is only allowed after sending the required documentation for front desk authorization (please contact the host in advance to submit the information for all guests).

* Cleaning included in the price is done only at checkout. If the guest desires extra cleaning during their stay, an additional cleaning fee will be charged.

* One bath towel per guest and one face towel per bathroom are provided, along with sheets for the indicated number of guests. Linen changes can be requested for half the cleaning fee.
