- It is forbidden to allow guests and/or visitors who exceed the property’s capacity or are not registered in the reservation;

- Smoking is not allowed;

- Hanging clothes and/or towels on the apartment balcony is not permitted;

- The gym is open 24 hours (please respect quiet hours). There is no need to request a key;

- Parties and loud music are strictly prohibited and subject to a fine;

- Smoking or lighting cigarettes in the common areas of the building is not allowed. Failure to comply with the above rules will result in a fine to the condominium (which will be charged to the guest);

- Pets are welcome! Pets are allowed for an additional fee per animal as specified on the platform;

- Quiet hours: from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM;

- At checkout, please leave the apartment tidy and the dishes washed;

- Any breach of the condominium or neighborhood rules is the responsibility of the guest or reservation holder, including any fines;

- Laundry: You may use the building's laundry facilities by reserving in advance (a fee of R$ 30.00 will be charged for use of more than three washer/dryer machines over a four-hour period. Operating hours are 7:30 AM to 3:30 AM).

*NOTE: Guest entry is only permitted after providing the necessary documentation for gate release (please contact the host in advance to submit the details of all guests).
