- Entry of guests and/or visitors exceeding the property’s capacity or not registered in the reservation is not allowed;

- Smoking is not allowed;

- Hanging clothes and/or towels on the apartment balcony is not permitted;

- Parties and loud music are strictly prohibited and subject to fines;

- Smoking or lighting cigarettes in common areas of the condominium is forbidden. Violation of the above rules will result in a fine to the condominium (charged to the guest);

- Pets are welcome! Pets are allowed with an extra fee per animal as stated on the platform;

- Quiet hours: from 10 PM to 8 AM;

- Any disregard for the condominium/neighborhood rules is the responsibility of the guest or reservation holder, as well as any resulting fines;

- Barbecue grill: Guests are free to use it during their stay. If it is returned excessively dirty, with charcoal residue, grease, or without basic cleaning, a cleaning fee of R$ 250.00 will be charged.

- Use of the sauna and hot tub is not permitted for guests.

- Laundry usage is charged at R$ 14.65 per machine for a period of 6 hours, and payment must be made on site.
