- SMOKING IS NOT ALLOWED inside the unit.

- PARTIES ARE NOT ALLOWED. - VISITORS ARE NOT PERMITTED.

- CHECK-IN is from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM. After 8:00 PM, key pickup will be at another location.

- CHECKOUT is until 11:00 AM.

- Trash must be disposed of properly.

- Please turn off lights, TV, and air conditioning when leaving.

- Leave the house clean and organized.

The house offers a TV room with a sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen with household utensils, minibar, two-burner stove, pots, cutlery, glasses, wine glasses, cups, and microwave. Bedroom with bathroom. Laundry area. Garage in front of the house.

***Check-in is allowed only after registration is completed in advance with photo identification documents (requested ahead of time) from each guest included in the reservation and from the reservation holder if renting on behalf of others. We do not accept guests without registration and photo identification.

The condominium contains 5 vacation rental houses and other houses with permanent residents. It is a family-oriented condominium with rules and policies that must be respected.

The condominium has 24-hour monitoring in the external areas.
