- Parties and loud music are strictly prohibited and subject to a fine;

- Smoking or lighting cigarettes in common areas of the building is not allowed. Violating these rules will result in a fine issued by the building and charged to the guest;

- Pets are welcome! Pets are allowed for an additional fee per animal as indicated on the platform;

- Quiet hours: from 10 PM to 7 AM;

- Upon checkout, please leave the apartment tidy and make sure the dishes are clean;

- Any violation of building or neighborhood rules is the responsibility of the guest or reservation holder, including any resulting fines;

- Before check-in, guests are required to send identification documents for data verification.
