24-hour reception (you can arrive at any time, but guest/visitor registration is until 10 PM). Self Check-in: access authorization is done remotely. Guests must identify themselves at the reception during Check-in. We will send the flat access code via app after registration at the reception.

The studio offers basic items (microwave, pans, cutlery, fridge, bed linen, amenities, towels, etc.). Mini Market/Convenience store on the mezzanine.

*PARTIES are NOT ALLOWED in the unit.

*SMOKING is NOT ALLOWED in the unit or inside the condominium common areas.

*Please respect the quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.

*Do not leave TRASH in the apartment; please dispose of it on floor S1 (access via the service elevator).

* Keep the unit clean and organized.

* GUESTS are only permitted with prior registration by the host.

NOTE: EARLY CHECK-IN or LATE CHECK-OUT will depend on availability. Stays with PETS will incur an extra FEE.
