- Entry of guests and/or visitors exceeding the property's capacity or not registered in the reservation is not allowed;

- Smoking is not permitted;

- Hanging clothes and/or towels on the apartment balcony is not allowed;

- The gym is open 24 hours (please respect quiet hours). There is no need to ask for the key;

- Parties and loud music are strictly prohibited and subject to a fine;

- Smoking or lighting cigarettes in the condominium's common areas is forbidden. Failure to comply with these rules will result in a fine imposed by the condominium (charged to the guest);

- Pets are welcome! We accept pets for an extra fee per animal as shown on the platform;

- Quiet hours: from 10:00 pm to 7:00 am;

- At checkout, please leave the apartment tidy and the dishes clean;

- Any disregard for the condominium/neighborhood rules is the responsibility of the guest or reservation holder, including any fines;

- Before check-in, guests are always required to send their identification documents to confirm reservation details.

* Note: Entry is only permitted after providing the necessary documents for clearance at the building entrance (please contact the host in advance to send all guest information).

* Laundry: You may use the building's laundry room by reservation (a fee of R$ 30.00 applies for the use of more than 3 washer/dryer machines for a period of 4 hours. Operating hours: 7:30 am to 3:30 am).
