- Smoking or lighting cigarettes in common areas of the condominium is prohibited. Failure to comply with the above rules will result in a fine to the condominium (the guest will be charged);

- We accept pets! Pets are welcome, subject to an extra fee per animal as specified on the platform;

- Quiet hours: from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM;

- Any violations of the condominium/neighborhood rules are the responsibility of the guest or reservation holder, as well as any fines;

- Barbecue grill: Use is permitted during your stay. If the barbecue is returned excessively dirty, with charcoal residue, grease, or without basic cleaning conditions, a cleaning fee of R$ 250.00 will be charged;

- Use common areas only during permitted hours.

- Use of the sauna and hot tub costs 81.60 and laundry 14.65 per machine.

- Any fine applied to the apartment due to rule violations will be the responsibility of the guest.
