- Smoking is not allowed;

- Hanging clothes and/or towels on the apartment balcony is not allowed;

- Parties and loud music are strictly prohibited and subject to a fine;

- Smoking or lighting cigarettes in the condominium’s common areas is prohibited. Failure to follow the rules mentioned above will result in a fine charged to the guest;

- Pets are welcome! Pets are allowed for an extra fee per animal as stated on the platform;

- Quiet hours: from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM;

- Before check-in, guests must send their identification documents for data confirmation.

- VISITORS are only allowed if registered at least 24 hours in advance. Request the registration form from the host.

- Guest registration must be completed 24 hours in advance. After confirming your reservation, send guest documents and vehicle information.

- Gym and indoor pool: access granted only for stays of 7 days or more, with prior registration through the management office.

- Registration of each guest at check-in is mandatory. Only previously registered guests may enter the condominium. Entry of unregistered individuals through the garage is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply will result in a fine, which will be charged to the guest or reservation holder.

- COVERED PARKING: R$30.00 fee (Sublevel 2). Upon checkout, please return the parking tag at the reception. If not returned, a R$50.00 fee will be charged for a new tag.

* Monday to Thursday: access requests accepted until 11 a.m. * Friday: access requests accepted until 5 p.m.

* Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays: new registrations and access authorizations for guests and visitors are not processed. Therefore, please make sure to send all required information and documents within the specified deadlines.

Requests submitted after the deadline will be processed during the next available period. Attention: providing your information in advance is the guest's responsibility and is essential to guarantee access to the condominium.
