IMPORTANT INFORMATION:

- Checkout: by 11:00 AM.

- Extra bed linen/towels and cleaning are available upon request and charged separately if needed;

- It is forbidden for guests and/or visitors exceeding the property’s capacity or who are not registered in the reservation to enter;

- Smoking is not allowed;

- Hanging clothes and/or towels on the apartment balcony is not allowed;

- The gym is open 24 hours (please respect quiet hours). There is no need to request a key;

- Parties and loud music are strictly prohibited and may result in a fine;

- Smoking or lighting cigarettes in common areas of the building is prohibited. Failure to comply with the above rules will result in a fine to the condo (which will be charged to the guest);

- Pets are welcome! Pets are allowed for an extra fee per pet as stated on the platform;

- Quiet hours: from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM;

- At checkout, please leave the apartment tidy and the dishes clean;

- Any violation of building/community rules is the responsibility of the guest or main reservation holder, as well as any related fines;

- Before check-in, guests are always required to send their identification documents for verification purposes.

- Laundry: You may use the building's laundry room by reservation (a fee of R$ 30.00 is charged for using more than 3 washer/dryers for a period of 4 hours. Hours of operation: 7:30 AM to 3:30 AM).

- Complete leisure area – heated pool and jacuzzi (the pool is closed on Mondays only)
