- CHECK-IN from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM. After 8:00 PM, key pickup is at another location.

- CHECKOUT by 11:00 AM.

- Trash must be taken out.

- When leaving, turn off lights, TV, and air conditioning.

- Please leave the house clean and organized.

The house has one bedroom with a private bathroom, an open-plan kitchen, a living room, and a laundry area with a washing machine. There is an uncovered parking space in the condominium.

***Check-in is allowed only after guest registration is completed in advance with photo identification (requested beforehand) for each guest included in the reservation, as well as for the reservation holder in case the booking is made for third parties. We do not accept guests without registration and valid photo identification.
